It's simple. Please choose Featured Publication Mug. On the product page, upload the PDF file of your paper. You can also choose what to be printed on the back side of the mug. You can choose pre-designed message, write your own message, or upload a figure/graph/logo (Custom Graph Mug).

If you choose to receive mockup proof, we will send you the mockup proof within 2 business days. And your order will be processed after you approve the proof.

PDF is a type of vector file - built by mathematical formulas and thus can be infinitely adjusted in size without losing resolution. With your paper in PDF format, it will be rendered at the best resolution for printing.

Sometimes our email with mockup proofs might be delivered to your SPAM folder, or the "Promotions" tab in Gmail. Please be sure to check the SPAM folder and/or "Promotions" tab in Gmail, or just shoot us an email at support@sciencegrit.com.

Generally, the top half of your paper's first page will be printed, which usually includes journal name, journal logo, article title, authors, affiliation, and abstract. More details here.

Yes, you can. Please choose Custom Graph Mug. Here you can upload your paper, and a custom graph (for example, lab photo/logo, figure in the paper) which will be printed on the back side of the mug.

Of course. In the shipping package, we only include a packing slip, which does not display the price. You can write your gift message (less than 200 characters) in the "Add a note to your order" section at shopping cart page. The gift message will be printed on the packing slip.

For the publication gifts, we will send you mockup proof within 2 business days after your purchase. Once you approve the design, we generally make sure to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days.

Shipping cost depends on a number of factors like the type of the products, where the order is shipped to, and which shipping method you choose.

Once you add products to your cart and enter your address on the Checkout page, you’ll be able to see exactly what the shipping charges are before finalizing your order.

Yes. We can certainly do that. 

Certainly. If your package is lost in transit, or the item you received appears defective or broken, please just send us a photo of the defective product, and we'll get a replacement sent out for you, or give you a full refund.
