Shipping Guideline
For the publication gifts, we will send you mockup proof within 2 business days after your purchase. If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. Once you approve the design, we generally make sure to process your order within 2-3 business days. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Due to factors that commonly affect shipments (especially international shipments), such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are our best estimates.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on a number of factors like the type of the products, where the order is shipped to, and which shipping method you choose.
Once you add products to your cart and enter your address on the Checkout page, you’ll be able to see exactly what the shipping charges are before finalizing your order.
International Shipping
ScienceGrit is based in California, United States, and we ship worldwide. For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, please kindly note that the shipping fees paid at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges that may be assessed after the package enters the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. Because these charges are assessed after import and are not determined by ScienceGrit, we’re unfortunately unable to provide the exact amount in advance.
Returns and Refund
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will do our best to make things right. We will give you full refund or send you a replacement in any of these situations:
1. Your package is lost in transit.
2. The item you received is defective or broken.
For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your product is damaged or has any print issues, please submit a claim with a photo showing the damage within 30 days after the product has been received. Submit a claim at: support@sciencegrit.com
All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns with your order, please email support@sciencegrit.com.
