WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PURCHASE

• Before you add the item to the cart, you'll be asked to select one of the two options about receiving a mockup before production.
• If you choose to receive a mockup, we will contact you via email within 2 business days with your proof. (If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.)
• If you approve, your order will be sent for production.
• If edits are needed, new proofs will be sent back within 24 hours.
