Poiseuille's law is a fundamental relationship in fluid dynamics that describes the flow rate of a fluid through a pipe or vessel with a circular cross-section. The law states that the flow rate (Q) of a fluid through a pipe is directly proportional to the fourth power of the radius (r) of the pipe and the pressure drop (ΔP) across the pipe, and inversely proportional to the fluid's viscosity (η) and the length (L) of the pipe. Mathematically, Poiseuille's law can be written as: Q = (πr^4ΔP)/(8ηL)

In the context of fluid dynamics, the phrase "go with the flow" refers to a fluid flowing in a pipe or vessel with minimal resistance, meaning that the flow rate is at its highest possible value. In other words, the fluid is behaving in accordance with Poiseuille's law.
